We partnered with Felix Construction and Collier Engineering & Design to deliver a key vertical structure on a new water campus in Buckeye, Arizona. This facility was built to support critical operations of a 3.2 Million gallon water tank, pump station and treatment facility. This required durable systems and materials suited for long-term performance in a technical environment.

Gila River Indian Community – Wastewater Infrastructure Facilities
In partnership with Felix Construction, we are in process to deliver two critical facilities for the Gila River Indian Community to support ongoing wastewater treatment operations.
These projects included the construction of an administration building and a dedicated electrical building, both designed to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and long-term performance of the community’s infrastructure systems.

MGC Contractors has contracted with August Building Company to provide a complete turnkey electrical building and associated site improvements. This includes furnishing and installing the electrical building, integrating all necessary power distribution and control systems, and coordinating with existing infrastructure to maintain uninterrupted operation throughout construction.
In addition to the electrical scope, we are constructing new site walls to improve security, durability, and overall site functionality. All work is carefully phased and executed to meet municipal standards, minimize downtime, and ensure safe, efficient performance of the lift station upon completion.
The result will be a modernized facility that supports long-term operational reliability for the City of Phoenix wastewater system.
